Repeating hysterical claims

a benficiary lobby group has accused WINZ of “trying to be above the law”.

How is WINZ trying to be above the law? By appealing a High Court decision to the Court of Appeal. This is of course almost by definition acting within the law.

So why give such hysterical claims any credence, including repeating them in the headline?
