A civil union to be

Miss Ten and I visited blond cricket girl (formerly known as Megan but she complained she didn’t have a nickname) last night to see how she and 12 week old Finlay are. Blond cricket girl has latest photos on her blog.

The cool news was that Megan’s dad is going to marry (well civil unionise) his (male) partner later this year. Great to see that there are couples out there who couldn’t formalise their relationship previously, who will now use the Civil Unions Act to do so.

I wonder if you have bridesmaids at an all male wedding? Perhaps two best men instead? May give blond cricket girl an excuse to wear the hat she wore to her own teenage wedding 🙂
