Practising what you preach – not

Oskar Alley (back at the Dominion Post) has a story which illustrates how Governments are so good at telling people what to do, but not doing it themselves.

He reports that staff at the government department responsible for promoting happy workplaces are among the unhappiest in the public service, with only 39 per cent of Labour Department staff giving their workplace a positive overall rating.

I suppose being experts in what makes an unhappy workplace, means they can tell the rest of us what not to do 🙂
