Peters loses in court

Winston Peters has had his defamation claim against National MP David Carter struck out by the High Court. This is excellent news. The hypocrisy of Peters who has made his career by inventing lies against people, to sue Carter for merely passing on an affadavit to the Speaker, was immense.

Personally I suspect the case will be dropped after the election. I can not imagine any scenario where one wants to risk having Ross Meurant on the witness stand, testifying about activites while working for you.
