The week ahead
Today has been a reading day. I’ve been working through over 300 pages of papers for a board and strategy meeting tomorrow. Eyes starting to glaze over.
Off to a nice dinner at a colleague’s home tonight. Then some analysis awaiting me when I get home.
Tomorrow after the board meeting, have a meeting with a chap from ICANN, who is here to assess the suitability of Wellington for the March 2006 ICANN meeting. If it is held here, it will bring around 500 of the top policy and business people involved in Internet domain names and systems.
Wednesday is meeting with a visitor from the Australian Republican Movement.
Thursday is off to Masterton for National’s Wairarapa selection.
Friday due to see Gilbert and Sullivan’s “Trial by Jury” at the State Opera House.
All in all should be a good week. No wonder I keep having to throw out food I buy – I’m never home enough to eat it!
