Herald on Tizard
The NZ Herald has published a scathing editorial about Judith Tizard, Auckland’s so called Minister.
It rips her for endorsing Fletcher in 2001 and Hubbard in 2004, when her job is to work with whomever is elected, and contrasts this to Clark’s more intelligent approach.
Incidentially the Herald also expresses severe reservations about Hubbard’s lack of policy on the major issues.
Anyway back to Tizard whom the Herald lambasts for achieiving nothing and concludes saying “In both respects she has done a disservice to the city, and her poor judgment probably ensures she is not only the first Minister for Auckland but the last.”
How can one disagree?
