The irony!

The NZ Herald has an article about Chris Fletcher’s bid to become Mayor of Auckland again.

It mentions that Fletcher was seen as indecisive and fence-sitting.

The irony is that Flecther responds to that by saying:
– wants to look at the city’s ability to cope with a forecast 200,000 new arrivals (wow how specific)
– reserves her verdict on on the v8 car event!

She seems genetically incapable of taking a firm stand on anything. The final irony is her candidacy probably near guarantees Banks will be re-elected as she splits the anti Banks vote.
