I’m glad Prebble is appealing to the Supreme Court. The Electoral Integrity Act disappears in 13 months, so it will be our only chance to get a definitive ruling on it.

Between Parliament expiring next August, the fraud trial, and the Supreme Court appeal, it’s hard to know which will be the first to get her out of Parliament. The sooner the better though.
