Midwife Discipline

The Dominion Post has a report on a botched birth, being investigated by the Coroner’s Court. The midwife looks very bad having refused to even hand clinical notes over.

What I am wondering, as this happened over three years ago, is if disciplinary action was ever taken against the midwife. I have gained an impression over the years that the disciplinary process for midwives is much slacker than it is for doctors.
