How stupid can you get

You will die without kidney dialysis. You are an overstayer who will be deported if you get a criminal conviction. Deportation means going back to Tuvalu where there is no dialysis. Last August a Judge let you off assaulting your wife so you could stay in NZ. So what do you do?
