I am now a teetotaller!

Up until Thursday, in the last fortnight I have been drinking every night except one as politics and recent changes have been debated into the wee hours of the morning.

Thursday night taught me three things:

1) It is not a good sign when you get home after the morning newspaper has been delivered.
2) It is a very very bad idea to drink Chartreuse and Whiskey in the same session.
3) It is a very bad idea to drink Chartreuse ever!

I am now on day three of abstinence (from alcohol, not other things 🙂 and despite my friends trying to tempt me with port, I remain a teetotaller. Updates will be provided.
